Trail Overview
This route begins near the end of the Crystal Geyser area and follows across open desert terrain. It is a wide, straightforward road with enough room for two vehicles to pass comfortably along the entire length, making it a relaxed option for travelers moving between destinations. The surface is generally easy to navigate, with only a few washouts scattered along the way. These erosion cuts are typically very visible in advance and can be crossed safely by simply slowing down and choosing a smooth line. The route serves as a practical connector, eventually ending where it meets Ruby Ranch Road and the Enduro Loop area used by single-track riders. While not a technical trail, it still offers classic desert scenery, open views, and a quiet backcountry feel that makes even a simple drive enjoyable.
Difficulty
This is a wide and mostly straightforward BLM road with only minor washouts that are easy to see and avoid by slowing down. There are no major obstacles or technical sections, making it suitable for most stock SUVs, trucks, and many passenger vehicles in dry conditions.
