Trail Overview
Revenge is an optional trail section that branches off from a trail named Rocky and features some of the most difficult climbs in the park. At the entrance to the trailhead, there is a large open area offering six distinct lines that climb toward a small overlook pad. Each line presents its own unique challenge, with some routes containing ledges that are several feet taller than others. Revenge is a difficult, one-way trail and serves as one of the primary routes for climbing to the top of Wildcat Mountain, which is the park’s main overlook. Drivers should expect technical terrain, steep climbs, and the need for careful line selection throughout the trail.
Difficulty
The trail features a steep elevation gain from start to finish, with tall rock ledges making up the majority of the terrain. A bypass line includes a roughly 36-inch ledge, while all other lines are significantly more difficult. Skid plate contact and rocker damage are highly likely.
