Trail Overview

Fresno Vista Road is a scenic backcountry road located on the east end of Big Bend Ranch State Park in the El Solitario region. Difficulty

On this road, you’ll find a mix of gravel and dirt with sections of loose rock, uneven terrain, and minor ruts. In dry conditions, it’s generally easy to drive but can feel rough in spots. After rain, sections may become slick with mud or develop soft areas, especially in low-lying sections. There are no major technical obstacles, but the remote terrain and rougher surface can require more attention. Overall, this road is easy to moderate, depending on conditions.
