Trail Overview
Cyclops Access is a short but demanding connector trail built for experienced offroaders looking to reach the most technical sections of the Cyclops trail system while also providing access to the easier Lamborghini Lane. Despite its limited length, this route features consistently rocky terrain that requires careful tire placement, good ground clearance, and a capable high-clearance 4WD vehicle equipped with low range. The signature obstacle is a roughly 3-foot rock pile that serves as the primary challenge and may require a spotter depending on vehicle size, wheelbase, and driver experience.
Beyond the main obstacle, expect loose rocks and uneven surfaces that keep drivers engaged for the entire route with few opportunities to relax. Strong traction, durable tires, and skid plate protection are highly recommended due to the continuous exposure to sharp rocks and uneven ledges. This access trail is best suited for well-equipped vehicles and experienced drivers who are comfortable navigating technical rock obstacles, making it an essential link for those planning to tackle the more extreme lines within the Cyclops trail network while still offering a connection to the less demanding Lamborghini Lane.
