Trail Overview
Wilmore Hollow Road is an easy gravel route that forms part of the well-known Macon County Tour in Tennessee, offering a relaxed drive through rolling countryside and wooded hillsides. The road is county-maintained and typically wide enough for two vehicles, making it suitable for most 4WD and high-clearance 2WD vehicles in normal conditions. While not technically challenging, the route includes a scenic set of switchbacks that climb a mountainside and gain noticeable elevation before leveling out along the ridge.
