Trail Overview

Forest Service Road 236, nestled in the southwestern corner of the Land Between the Lakes, offers a scenic and engaging experience for off-road enthusiasts. With its starting point at the crossroads of FSR 230 and 236, the trail meanders southeast towards Highway 79, presenting a mix of gravel, dirt, and mud terrains. Difficulty

This is a pretty easy trail. The higher rating is due to some fairly deep washouts and mud holes, but these can be bypassed.

Does not connect to the highway. Very beginner friendly. The toughest part is turning around and avoiding limbs scratching up your car. Just keep it slow and you can avoid.

Trail can only be accessed from Forest service road 230 and CANNOT be accessed from Donnelson Parkway. Trail was cool, saw a lot of trees that had fallen that were cleared but means there is the possibility of needing to clear trees from time to time. Good trail!
