Turkey Ridge--716 is an unmaintained trail with several areas where water can stand and form large mud holes. The terrain is somewhat scenic as it goes through wooded areas, and the trail is unmaintained and not traveled very much. There are not many obstacles or technical areas on this trail.

Rutting and standing water. Looks like some trail maintenance had been done near the end of trail. Pretty fun. Few smaller obstacles but my gladiator on 33s and 2” level had zero issues.

Short, easy trail. Some muddy spots due to seasonal rains but no problems. Saw a deer, only one small section that was rocky, 2WD would work. More scenic than anything.
