Trail Overview
Trail 11 - A trail of Rock Run Recreation Area. Trail 11 is an original trail to the park, although it has a new end due to the windmill project in 2025. It should be able to be traversed by most any rider on a motorcycle, ATV, or SxS with little skill. At approximately 1.1 miles, this trail is part of the larger network at Rock Run. Trail 11 is made up of a variety of surfaces, from small, embedded rocks to some larger loose rocks. There are some areas of standing water, tree roots, and potential rutting. Trail 11 travels a variety of terrains from open areas and meadows to some pine woods and then areas with a view. It is a narrow trail with ample places to pass in locations. One end starts at Coal Haul Road and the other at Trail 10. This trail is open to bikes, ATVs, and SxSs. This is a two-way trail and offers a different experience riding it both directions. Difficulty
This is an uneven, rutted dirt trail with loose rocks, washes, and minor mud holes. The trail is one vehicle wide with limited places to pass.
