This route features a mix of peaceful forest scenery, starting near the Quehanna Highway and descending along Red Run to its confluence with Mix Run and the Bennett Branch of the Sinnemahoning Creek. Drivers will find themselves surrounded by dense woodlands, with the highlights of the journey including the beautiful, roadside Table Falls. The trail offers a gentle tour with a technical rating of 2, making it highly accessible for stock four-wheel-drive vehicles, SxSs, and adventure motorcycles looking to experience the beauty of Pennsylvania's backcountry without encountering extreme obstacles. The route takes riders down to the historic town of Driftwood, Pennsylvania, where local restaurants offer a great spot to grab a bite and take a mid-trip break. From Driftwood, the loop begins its return leg with a steep and rewarding climb up Hoover Road, which gains approximately 1,300 feet of elevation in just a few short miles. Depending on the season, travelers might catch a glimpse of a hidden, cascading hillside waterfall along Hoover Road, though spring visitors should be prepared for muddy conditions along this section of the climb.
