The route is a narrow alpine trail with very limited turnaround opportunities until reaching the intersection with the 640. Expect several off-camber sections, ruts, and dense vegetation growing close to the trail edges. Although full-size vehicles are permitted, the narrow width and tighter sections make this trail better suited for ATVs and SxSs. Smaller 4x4 vehicles may have enough room to turn around near the end, while larger vehicles may find it difficult. ATVs, UTVs, Side-by-Sides, and Dirt Bikes must always have a valid Oregon ATV Operating Permit sticker. This seasonal trail remains open from 10/16 to 09/24. Always check current Forest Service regulations before traveling.
