Trail Overview
This is a hard-packed, gravel-based forest road in the Prospect OHV area. The trail begins as you cross an old wooden bridge where there is minor wash. The trail gradually climbs around 500 feet in elevation over just under 7 miles. This is a main trail into the network of trails, and one end of the trail dead-ends onto Crater Lake Highway. There is some washboard in areas that make the ride a little bumpy, but this is an easy trail suitable for all vehicle types. Cell phone service is weak in this area, and there are no amenities along the trail. The town of Prospect is approximately 15 minutes from the start of this trail, where you will find fuel and a small grocery/general store.
