Trail Overview
This well-maintained arterial road provides access to the various OHV trails throughout the Prospect OHV area. Pay attention to the posted boards along the route, as they indicate which vehicle types are permitted on each road. Some OHV trails can be rough and challenging, with mountainous terrain throughout the area. Before heading out, read the rules and regulations for the Prospect OHV area carefully, including the designated seasons and hours of use and the vehicle restrictions for each route. The main arterial is maintained, but many OHV trails branching from it are not, so conditions can change considerably as you venture farther in. The surrounding area is beautiful and mountainous, making this a fun place to explore as long as you stay on routes appropriate for your vehicle and follow the posted restrictions. ATVs, UTVs, Side-by-Sides, and Dirt Bikes must always have a valid Oregon ATV Operating Permit sticker.
