Trail Overview
This beautifully maintained forest road provides access to Tumalo Lake Lodge, a luxury cabin offering vacation rentals. The road is smooth and well-maintained throughout, making for a pleasant drive through the forest. It ends at a gate, and the branch-and-spur trails shown on the map are closed and no longer accessible to motorized vehicles. However, two recreational trails remain available for non-motorized use along the road, with parking provided at each trailhead. One is a hiking trail, and the other is a bicycle trail, providing opportunities to explore the surrounding forest on foot or by bike. The road itself does not continue beyond the gated area, so visitors should not expect access to the mapped spur routes. ATVs, UTVs, Side-by-Sides, and Dirt Bikes must always have a valid Oregon ATV Operating Permit sticker.
