Trail Overview

This is a dirt-based forest road through dense coastal forest. The trail runs along a ridge and provides views of the surrounding area, then descends nearly 500 feet in elevation into thick forest with overgrown vegetation, before ending at the Yamhill County Line. There are a couple muddy spots you must pass through, and the trail is overgrown at the bottom, but it opens into a grassy camp area. Camping is allowed along this entire trail, and any vehicle type could traverse this trail. There are no amenities, and cell phone service is weak, so travel prepared. You are approximately 30 minutes from the nearest services and supplies, which are in McMinnville.
