Trail Overview
This is a rocky (lite) trail with mostly flat terrain and only minor inclines and declines, making it a relatively straightforward route to explore. There are a couple of fallen trees along the way, but they appear to be passable without major difficulty. An attached trail branches off from the route but has become overgrown and is no longer easily accessible. Another route is also shown as part of the larger trail system, providing potential opportunities for further exploration. After climbing over a small hill, the trail reaches a scenic viewpoint overlooking a large area of new-growth pine trees, creating a unique landscape that resembles a sea of young forest. Continuing onward, an unofficial trail branches to the right and appears to continue over the mountain. Overall, this is a scenic and enjoyable trail with a mix of rocky terrain, forest views, and interesting side routes. ATVs, UTVs, Side-by-Sides, and Dirt Bikes must always have a valid Oregon ATV Operating Permit sticker.
