Coyote

Lush, tight, and moody even on a bright summer day. Coyote is clearly a low-trafficked trail that's not only open to all vehicles per the Forest Service map, but also a fun ride. We encountered a lot of wildlife, including deer and hawks. This is also likely the trail that loaded my rig up with spiders – as it's narrow and dense. There were signs of downed trees as well — cleared before our drive. We found one spot that could be a campsite. However, this is maybe more of a trail to ride and enjoy the monarchs rather than a trail to set up camp.
