Trail Overview
Trail 760 is a more primitive ATV trail through the Umpqua National Forest that weaves through the pine trees on a lightly trafficked dirt path. The trail is wide and gradual, mostly smooth dirt, with a few sections lightly covered in loose rocks. There are large waterbars and shallow ruts, and some small downed branches extending into the trail. There was a larger log hazard about halfway through that will need to be cut to allow ATVs to pass through. The trail still had a couple of small snow drifts in late May, but was still passable. It peters out in the trees after about a mile, so riders will have to do this trail as an out-and-back. This is just a dead-end spur that ATV riders can explore for more mileage, but it doesn’t lead anywhere specific or connect to anything.
