Freshly graded on the day it was explored in May 2025, this wide and well-maintained forest trail is part of the Oklahoma Adventure Trail and offers a smooth drive through a quiet, rural area primarily used by local farmers. The road passes through wooded sections and open spaces, with a few small dogs occasionally seen playing near the roadside--drivers should proceed with caution. While the trail is pleasant and easy to navigate, it does not offer any formal or dispersed campsites and lacks essential amenities such as trash disposal and potable water. History
The Oklahoma Adventure Trail is a unique and ever-changing route that crosses through the state and allows visitors to avoid major roads and towns. Created by two Oklahomans and contributed to by numerous more, this trail is 70 percent dirt roads and 30 percent paved, and takes riders and hikers through scenic, historical, and diverse regions throughout Oklahoma.
