Trail Overview

This trail guides you through some awesome scenery while flowing up and down vertical sections. This is SO much fun to drive and is perfect for introducing new people to the off-roading and exploring the scene. This trail would be a great add-on to some of the harder trails in the area. It's mainly dirt, with small washouts and beautiful stretches of long straight sections. This is also a great area that is open to recreation like hiking and mushroom hunting.

Difficulty

High clearance is recommended, small washouts during the dry seasons, and larger washouts in wet seasons. Easy trail for a 4x4, slightly challenging with an AWD vehicle. Could be extra hard if you are going up this trail in the winter or rain.

Frozen gravel and mud, lots of branches on the trail from the wind storm. Any vehicle can traverse this trail.

great scenic drive took me about 10 minutes to do with taking my time. road covered in fallen leaves and some snow but not very slick, could be done with any vehicle no issues.

no horses. averaged 40mph through the trail (don't go that fast) take corners slower than you think, no 4wd needed, views are great even though I was going to fast to see any of them.

Super easy gravels. No need for 4WD. Use caution as we met several people on horseback.

Trail had several trees that had recently fallen but have been cleared and it is wide open. Use caution as we met a couple on horseback also riding on the trail.

Muddy right after rain fall. No wash outs. Slightly slick on grades. Easily handled in two wheel drive. Tracks looked like others had been through recently but I saw no one. An easy drive through the woods, beautiful this time of year.
