We came in from the east and ran into the wall section towards the end of the trail close to where it comes out on pole ridge. Up to that point it was a very fun trail, the off camber wall looks insane, at our skill level we wouldn’t have considered it an option. (The picture is from the top of the bypass route) Thankfully it was dry and the bypass was easy enough with a spotter. We had a stock 3rd gen Tacoma on 33s, stock 5th gen 4Runner, and stock Wrangler. We managed just fine! Had it been wet we probably would have turned around just before the wall section.

I went in the way where the end of the trail meets camel Rd, i have a 2001 GMC jimmy with stock heigh and 4WD. We made it all the way up to the rocks, because walking the line up to the ruts is impossible. There’s a go-around on the right that you’d have to do Pefectly, and it’s still very hard to do. If you slip off the left you’d fall 6ft into the ruts, and if you fall to the right you’ll fall down a very steep hill and be off the trail. There’s a 4-5ft difference between the heights of the ruts on the left and right side when going the “normal” way. The bank is too steep to ride the wall and it was muddy. Rest of the trail was relatively fun, lots of branching off trails that I believe are private property. Fun trail until the end, but if you come in at the top you’ll most likely not be able to pass. It ruins the whole trail. Maybe if it were flatter on the bank I’d try it. Too sketchy

Only did a couple hundred yards before we came upon an impassable obstacle. It was a washed out v notch with an 8ft dirt wall. There was no way I would not put the side of my vehicle into the dirt wall. The bypass was too slick / tilted. I don't have a winch to get out if I were to slide. Also I have a narrow track width that would present a good chance at rolling over. We turned around and climbed back out the way we came in. As best as I can tell the rest of the trail looked like it would be fun if we could have gotten past.

High clearance vehicle recommended. trail was dry with some wet spots. Would definitely be more difficult after a heavy rain. Recommend a spotter with some obstacles. Trail was largely loose rock and deeply rutted. enjoyable.

some flexy stuff that'll definitely test your rig if you're not careful with your line, i was not careful, and flexed out my cherokee on 4.5" lift and 33s...made it through just fine, but definitely flexed out. other than that, it's not too difficult of a trail, you'll come up on the off camber wall section where I find it easier to roll up on the right part of the ridge, which is still difficult, but totally doable solo as i did...have fun and don't roll down the hill!

Hit the trail two days post some heavy rain with a convoy of 4. The trail is very manageable up until the infamous rutted path which we were all forced to take the right side of the trail due to the aggressive ruts on the left. The left side is just too washed out now that if you’re not it a side by side you’re going to hit the dirt wall with your body. Worth noting; the right side of that section is pretty narrow forcing you to hug a tree at the top. Once you get past that, the rest of the line is manageable as long as you take your time. I had a solid spotter help me through that section and also worth noting, all vehicles made it through the trail with no vehicle damage. Definitely a challenge for a beginner off-roader but doable with a spotter and patience.

so alot of guys say the off camber part is impossible...I agree, but if you take the chicken track on the right, on the hill, it's totally doable, I did it solo with not spotter (obviously) and just took my time, the trail is super fun if you can get past that part, tons of puddles and following a creek most of the way. some flexy stuff toward the middle of the trail, but nothing crazy. I'm on 33s and had no problem with clearance, it's more flex that would be an issue.

After a rainstorm this place is not the move in anything other than a fully prepared Wrangler. You get to a point where you're either going to high center going right or flip on your roof going right. We had to turn around Austin Powers style on the side of a cliff and go back. Maybe if it hasn't rained in awhile it's doable but not after a rainstorm. We had mildly lifted Xterra and 4Runner.

beware of crack heads sitting on the side of the trail!...made it all the way up to the wall section where the rut was at a 45° angle putting you right against a wall, didn't even attempt that part, turned around and drove back, some mud, some rocks, mostly dirt trail.

Due to the huge ruts near the wall section, we didn’t go past this picture. It is very sketchy. We took the bypass around it. I would rate this trail a 6-7 now due to that section. If we went further, there would’ve been body damage due to being pushed into the wall by the ruts and off camber

We were aware that the wall section had a slip earlier this year. Went down to check it out and decided it looked too risky. We turned around and did not attempt this obstacle.

coming through the off camber section. Just tuck your mirror in and ride the wall. Zero body damage even on wall side. drive sensible and you’ll be ok.

the off camber area with the walls has had a landslide , it is still passable but be very careful

I approached this trail from the West, and discovered within a couple hundred yards that the Off-Camber wall section of this trail must have had a landslide or something that changed the feature.
There is no way this section of the trail still deserves a 4 of 10 rating.
And the sneak route around it is also majorly off-camber and slopes toward a 50' drop into a ravine... or will drop you into the wall section at the end as it seems to have crumbled into it.
The main trail is still passable, but are going to sustain some pretty major body damage.
Also, there is no good turn around, you will basically have to climb the hill and do a 4-point turnaround as I did to exit.

No problems, the trail was muddy but that is half the fun
