Trail Overview
To Bitter Springs Road 101 is a short and sweet connector trail leading up to the longer Bitter Springs trail from Northshore Road. This well-graded and narrow path makes for an easy yet scenic ride, providing amazing views of the surrounding mountains and rocky outcrops that define the desert landscape. As you traverse this connector, you'll cross back into BLM land where dispersed camping is permitted, allowing you to take advantage of the beautiful scenery for a night under the stars. Keep your eyes peeled along the way, as you may encounter wild horses roaming freely in this enchanting area, adding to the allure of your journey. Important Note: This trail is rated as a 2, reflecting its well-graded yet narrow conditions that make navigating manageable for various vehicles. You can expect around two bars of LTE service near the trail's northern end, though there may be none at the start. Be sure to download your offline maps before setting out, and always come prepared with sufficient water and supplies for your desert adventure.
