Trail Overview

This is an old mining road that is partly creek bed. You can expect avalanches during rain. There are very technical large rocks in some areas. You will come across steep grades and hairpin turns with some off-camber sections. There are spots where the trail is very narrow and you have to climb over large rocks to prevent from going over the cliff. The scenery is beautiful.

The branches are pretty over grown in some areas so be wary if you in a larger vehicle. Theres also multiple creek crossings with one being very sleep on the decent making one of our side by side go on two wheels for a second. Also some parts have been washed out by rocks so maneuvering can be tricky

This is not a trail for going alone or for an unskilled driver. You have to pick your way thru many large rocks and stair steps. There were a few places where the rocks slid into the trail. This made the trail very narrow, so you had to drive over them. This trip was all SXS, but a highly modified jeep should be able to make it.
