Trail Overview

This trail leaves Wheeler Pass Road heading SE on North Wheeler Road. After about a mile, the trail intersects a wide, meandering dry wash basin consisting of loose gravel and sand. From here, head NE on Wheeler Wash Road. This trail passes through scenic box canyons with interesting rock formations and terminates at a narrow passage that connects the Lower Wheeler Wash Trail to the Upper Wheeler Wash Trail. It is only passable on foot or dirt bike.
