Belmont Mine

This easy route will reward travelers with scenic views and a trip back in history. Head deep into the hills of White Pine county to the remains of the historic Belmont Mill. The trail is not technical and is suitable for most high clearance vehicles. There is abundant wildlife in the area, be on the lookout for deer, elk, and wild horses. The Belmont Mill was in operation during the early 1900s when the nearby mining towns were booming. The mill, offices, and cabins are still intact.
