Trail Overview

This section of the Sleeping Child Divide Trail is very fun. It has fast, flowing parts and slower, more technical parts. There are some overgrown areas, down trees, and lightly washed out hills offering a wide variety of terrain, accessible for most riders. This section of the trail from the west bisects Darby Trails Loop 1, then continues between DTL 1 and 2. There are close, heavily treed areas and wide open vistas. The trail condition can be a little rough, but it is overall a very fun ride. It can be done as an out-and-back, or you can follow the Darby Loop ATV roads back.

Difficulty

Most of the 104 trail is pretty flat and easy, but the occasional washed-out hills and the likelihood of some trees down make it a little more challenging for novice riders.
