Bowman Lake Road is an 11-mile out-and-back trail in Glacier National Park that takes you up to Bowman Lake. Bowman Lake is more popular than Kintla Lake, with more visitors. The road is a maintained dirt road with many switchbacks. At the lake, there is a campground and day use parking. Bring a Kayak or Canoe and enjoy the beautiful lake. This area is within Glacier National Park and is a fee area, between 13 June-28 September, 7 AM-3 PM. (www.recreation.gov).
