Trail Overview
The Pike Lake trail is a wide and well-maintained route that winds through a residential area with a high volume of local traffic. At the upper intersection of the trail, there is a large clearing that leads off to an overgrown spur. While this clearing may seem like a convenient spot to stop, it is not suitable for dispersed camping due to the number of nearby homes. There are several spur trails that can be accessed from this trail. There are no formal or dispersed campsites along the route, and amenities such as trash disposal or a potable water source are not available. Cell service may be limited in places, so visitors should plan accordingly if traveling through the area.
Difficulty
This forest trail is well-maintained and used by residents and adventurers. The route is wide and clear of debris, with established tread and minimal overgrowth, making it ideal for a smooth and scenic drive.
