Trail Overview
This trail is relatively long, wide, and well-maintained, offering a pleasant drive through forested surroundings. Despite its good condition, the surface is heavily corrugated in places, which may make for a bumpy ride. The trail provides access to water and runs parallel to the Stony Spur-Jackpot ATV Trail for a portion of its length. Numerous side trails branch off from the main route, though not all are marked or maintained. One notable landmark is a large quarry located along the trail, which is gated and not accessible to the public. There is a parking area across from the quarry that can accommodate several vehicles. While the area is scenic, drivers should remain alert for fast-moving local traffic, which is common along this route. There are no developed campsites, and the trail does not provide any services such as trash disposal or access to potable water. Cell service may be limited.
