Moose Loop

This trail winds through forested terrain with a mix of ascents and descents. The surface is well-maintained gravel, though there are bumpy sections with noticeable corrugations. It is wide enough for two vehicles to pass comfortably and features several side trails branching off the main route. Most of these spurs are short and overgrown, offering limited additional access. Along the way, the trail passes a river with a public canoe access point, and continues through a landscape of meadows, wetlands, and dense forest. A helicopter clearing is located along the route, and there are a few open areas that may be suitable for dispersed camping, though none are formally designated. The trail eventually loops back to reconnect with the Echo Trail. While it offers a scenic and moderately challenging drive, there are no formal campsites or amenities such as trash disposal or potable water along the route.
