Trail Overview

This trail follows a wide, well-maintained gravel road that winds through a forested area with a mix of ascents and descents. It provides a relatively smooth and accessible route, though users should be aware of occasional local traffic. Several side trails branch off from the main route, including designated ATV and snowmobile trails that are commonly used in their respective seasons. ATVs are permitted on the main trail as well, and it sees regular use by both recreational and local users. At one point along the trail, there is a public water access area with a large parking lot. While this spot may appear suitable for an overnight stop, camping is not allowed. The surrounding forest and the general setting offer a scenic experience, especially during periods of seasonal color, but visitors should plan accordingly, as the trail does not provide any formal or dispersed campsites. There are also no amenities such as trash disposal or a water source, and cell phone service may be limited depending on location.
