Elephant & Castle

Elephant & Castle is a very technical and rugged trail that traverses across multiple large boulder gardens, extremely steep grades, large rock ledges, and log crossings. It is defended at either end by extremely steep hills as gatekeeper obstacles. It is recommended that riders attempt this with at least one other person because mistakes can damage riders or machines in some sections. This trail serves as a good benchmark for riders considering an attempt at Valhalla Bound, the most difficult trail at London OHM.
