Trail Overview

This is a forest road that connects the Mason Pit trail to the Charlevoix/Booth Lake trail. The trail is wide enough for passing oncoming traffic but I wouldn't call it a two-lane road. There are some nice hills and a cool little spot where a cottage once stood Part of the fireplace is still standing. There is quite a bit of litter at this spot, so if you stop please take your trash with you.

Difficulty

This is a forest road that is not difficult at all, there can be some larger puddles after rain but there are no mud holes. There are a few hills and the trail is not very wide, although it is wide enough to pass oncoming traffic.

Multiple trees down. Jeep barely fit width and hieght. Ultimately had to turn around. Multiple downed trees, had small saw but wasn’t spending all afternoon clearing it.
