Trail Overview

Porterfield Lake single track has dark, packed soil with plenty of roots and rocks between tight trees. The entire trail system is made up of switchbacks. Much of the trail is very overgrown. Taking the trail clockwise, there is only one decent rocky hill-the rest of this trail is relatively flat. No mobile service is available at the trailhead.

Difficulty

This trail is a very tight and technical single track with plenty of loose rocks, downfall, and small obstacles; solid clutch and throttle control riders will enjoy this trail, but less experienced riders will find the tight technical sections a challenge. Luckily, there are two connectors to shorten the ride.

This trail has several moderately challenging hill climbs as you pass through it. However, most difficult climbs have a bypass for less experienced riders to take. Most of the trails through the woods is tight and winds through the woods, with a few spots to squeeze through close trees, and most of the clearcut areas are fairly dusty, sometimes with whoops.
