Trail Overview

This trail consists of a few overlooks as well as an observation tower. You can begin the trail at Town Hill overlook, and down the mountain until you reach the intersection of Mountain and Cat Point Road. This is an extension of the already existing trail, “MD Green Ridge to Gorge”. Four-wheel drive is recommended, but not required, due to steep inclines and declines, as well as mild ruts.

Started at the bottom (bridge over interstate), climbed up, came back down to bridge. Had some muddy spots as this is very foliage covered. No debris/blockages. If you are thinking of going RIGHT off the bridge and NOT on this trail it is IMPASSABLE. Right trail goes to some old service road on the eastbound side of I68. I got all the way back in and had to reverse out. (I ignored Onx map just to explore).
