Trail Overview
Little Jagger is an optional obstacle that parallels Trail 12 and connects the end of Fish Fossil to the beginning of Rock Garden. The base has large boulders with a moderate elevation change and decent-sized holes in between them. The right side is the path most taken but has protruding and underlying rocks that make crawling difficult for certain wheelbases. Even when dry, wheel speed and bumping may be required to make your way up the right side. The exit chute has large protruding rocks and will likely result in you having to be uncomfortably off-camber to clear them. Potential exists for body damage, and it will lean you into the bank on your right side.
Difficulty
There are 2 paths to choose from to get to the exit chute. The boulder field on the left side or the path along the wall on the right side. The exit chute has a lot of erosion and has the potential for highly off-camber scenarios, although it will be off-camber into a mud bank that is 6 feet higher than the trail. Since the trail is adjacent to Trail 12, it is easy to get recovery rigs into position if need be for the exit.
