Trail Overview

The Slab is located within the Carnage Canyon area of the park. As the name implies, this is a slab of rock that you could take as an exit from the Carnage Canyon trail on the left side. This slab has water running down it towards the bottom which will cause traction issues.

Difficulty

This is a near vertical trail. Depending on the center of gravity of your vehicle, you could roll over. Some people have had to hook a winch up to another vehicle at the top to keep from rolling over as they get closer to the top.
