Trail Overview

This route takes you to Everson Lake, which has some great fishing and incredible views. The trail coming in is pretty good for the first part, but when you turn up towards the lake, there are some big rocks and a marsh that you need to watch for. Along the trail, there is an old cabin that you need to stop by and check out. Don't forget the fishing poles.

I would NOT recommend full size trucks. The trees make it very very tight in many places. Made it up and back with campers but it was not fun.

Lots of rocks and tree roots but the trail was good. One small boggy area but was no problem. The last little bit right before the lake is quite steep with loose rock. Beautiful lake and scenery.

We removed the fallen tree. We were able to reach the lake. Not difficult trail but quite a bit of rough rock to navigate around/over. The trail was 3.4 miles long and took about 45 minutes. Maybe I’m a little slower with my experience and trying to prevent damage to my machine. There had been rain in the area. Some puddles, some running water on the trail in spots. There was a bit of a bog to traverse but found a spot that wasn’t as swampy as the main path. The lake and view was well worth the trip.

Trail was dry. Relatively easy trail until you turn off the main trail and those last few miles are definitely rougher. The tree obstruction is about 1 mile after you turn off onto the Everson lake trail.
