Trail Overview

The route is off of Stover Creek (FS 207). It turns up about a quarter mile into the trail and proceeds up the ridge. The route is gravel, but has significant washout, ruts, and places that exceed 18 inches of depth. Not recommended for Passenger vehicles, and higher clearance vehicles should still use caution.

Difficulty

Road is significantly washed out in many places, creating rut trails ranging from 10 to 18 inches deep. There are several mud holes that are on the deeper side, approaching 16 inches deep. There is one location where caution needs to be taken even more - a washout that has left a rut close to 18 inches deep.

The tree that was lying across the trail has been pulled to the side. You just have to go off trail slightly to go around it. I made it to the turnaround. Quite a few wet spots due to the rain. Overall this was an easy ride.
