Trail Overview

This short spur trail located in the Chattahoochee National Forrest is one of a few trails that require high clearance and is not well maintained in the Forest. It is just over 2 miles but is a perfect opportunity for someone new to off-roading to tips their toes in. There are opportunities for camping and hiking on this trail with a creek following along the road the majority of the way.

Difficulty

This trail is not regularly maintained and provides some difficulty without needing and outside spotter. There are some washouts and ruts that can easily get a vehicle stuck but they can be easily avoided. For those looking to test themselves or their rig, there are slightly harder lines that would be rated a 4.

Awsome trail. It's rough and rutted. 4x4 and ground clearance is a must unless you done care about your vehicle. It's a good trail to move past a begginer as long as you have someone with you. Tire placement/approach angle is key is some areas
