Trail Overview

The phrase "two-bit," typically meaning cheap, insignificant, or of low quality, is a bit of a misnomer for this trail. The trail itself begins as an easy two-track through sagebrush before you wind back towards the trees. When running this trail from the south, stay left at the junction with FS 397 (Poacher's Loop), and you'll pass through a brief section of pines before the trail becomes grassy and appears overgrown. Think skinny as you navigate the willows, and you'll soon reach the end as the road becomes a hiking trail. Open seasonally 05/16 to 11/30.
