Trail Overview

Turn Gulch Road (FS 238 1a or Park County 23) serves as an unpaved alternative to Park County 77 connecting US24 to the Tarryall Reservoir. This is a mild dirt/sand road suitable for larger trailers and offers numerous dispersed camping options as well as a number of side trails to explore. There are good views of the Mosquito, Front, and Taryall Ranges.

Just deer out there right now. The trail is fun and easy. lots of dispersed camping locations. I have AT&T and never lost signal for Spotify and onx OR. Rock sliders are not needed but a lift will help on the woops.
