Trail Overview
This trail branches off the main road and climbs steeply toward Long Lake. The narrow route begins with 10–12-inch ruts and has several tight sections requiring careful maneuvering and occasional spotting. Pinstriping is avoidable, but the trail is not suitable for vans, campers, or trailers. At the end of the trail, you reach Long Lake and a level campsite directly beside the water that can accommodate up to two vehicles. The campsite has a fire ring, direct lake access, excellent fishing, and beautiful mountain views.
Difficulty
This trail is rated Level 4 because of the steep beginning, deep ruts, narrow sections, and tight obstacles requiring careful vehicle placement.
