Lane Mine

This is one of the easier trails in the North Fruita Desert that runs parallel to Coal Gulch Road at the bottom of a scenic canyon. It is a fast and flowy single track that parallels above a wash and crosses the wash a couple of times. The trail brings you past an old mine building built into the side of the mountains, and old mining equipment that you can check out. The trial is consistently easy with no significant obstacles, and mostly flat through sagebrush.
