Handy Road

Handy Road is a single-track dirt road with many washouts. Most have bypasses, but a few may need to be straddled or navigated through. After heavy rain, there are two sections that may turn into deep mud; one has a bypass, but the other does not. A short section of the trail is steep with loose rocks, gravel, and a few small obstacles. High clearance 4x4 is recommended. While camping is allowed along this route, there are very few designated campsites. At the high point of the trail, there is a beautiful view of Lost Creek Wilderness. Cell service is available on most of this trail.
