Trail Overview

This route connects the Midland Bike Trail and FS 304 with Lenhardy Cutoff FS 376. The route is recommended for vehicles with 4WD and/or overland trailers. Rocks greater than 12 inches, some off-camber slopes, and switches are along the route. This route provides amazing views of the Collegiate Peaks while driving in and out of pine forests. Beautiful, dispersed camping is scattered throughout the route.

Easily traveled. There is some snow and a little ice in spots, but never struggled with anything. Any stock SUV with 4x4 should be able to make it. There are some obstacles, but nothing technical in my opinion.
