Trail Overview

The entrance is narrow and difficult to see from the highway, so use caution when entering. The trail begins with 5–8-inch ruts through very sandy soil that can become difficult when wet. At 0.1 miles, the trail reaches 10–15 degrees off-camber terrain with ruts up to 12 inches. Around 0.2 miles, a 14-inch rock ledge requires careful line selection and 4WD. A level campsite for up to two vehicles sits just beyond the obstacle with a fire ring and scenic views. Farther along, the trail becomes narrower with frequent off-camber sections and heavy trees and branches, making pinstriping highly likely. Not Sprinter van-friendly.
