Trail Overview

Wilson Meadows Road - FS 11N37F is a 2.4-mile dirt trail that immediately begins with a large, dispersed campsite featuring chainsaw-cut logs used as seats. The road consists of hard-packed dirt that is somewhat rutted from the start, though it does not present any significant clearance issues. The route is wide at the beginning but narrows toward the back, offering various pullouts to allow passing. There is evidence of moisture causing water erosion, and the surface becomes a bit rockier starting around 0.2 miles in. There is no signage at the intersection for FS 11N37FB spur, nor is there any sign marking where the road closure begins. Continue until reaching a downed tree. Near the turnaround point, the road features a short, steep climb with more embedded rocks. Past this, toward the downed tree, there is a pretty grassy area filled with wildflowers. Currently, the trail has no overgrowth concerns and is primarily used by campers.
