The trail's narrow corridors and long rhythm sections of whoops demand constant focus, making it best suited for high-clearance four-wheel-drive vehicles and capable SxSs. Despite its proximity to the paved road, the rugged terrain delivers a genuine backcountry challenge with elevation ranging from 3,130 to 3,481 feet.
Drivers will encounter sudden, sharp turns and deep washouts that can change with weather conditions, necessitating a slow and methodical pace. Several access points along the route allow drivers to exit back onto Trona Road if the technical obstacles prove too demanding.
