As you push further in, the environment shifts drastically as the trail narrows into a heavily overgrown middle corridor thickly lined with vibrant evergreen trees and encroaching brush. After passing through this tight, forested section, the path begins a long, unrelenting hill climb that dominates the remainder of the 2.4-mile ascent. You will encounter steep, challenging grades featuring deeply embedded rocks, loose dirt, and uneven shelves that require absolute focus and steady momentum. Because this track is extremely narrow with absolutely zero safe turnaround spots, you are fully committed to reaching the top once you begin the climb.
