Church meadow road - FS 721

Starting near Gold Lake, Church Meadow Road is a pretty easy, manageable trail suitable for all vehicles. The route features a dirt and gravel surface with occasional loose granite rocks that are easy for all skill levels to navigate. The difficulty remains consistently low throughout the entire drive. At the beginning of the trail, the road follows alongside a small creek for about 100 yards. As you continue, you will pass a nice meadow featuring a small water bog, as well as a few intersections that branch off into a larger trail network. Dispersed camping opportunities are available at both the start and the end of the trail. Notably, the road is wide and smooth enough that several cars pulling trailers were observed using it.
